who doesn't love it when everything aligns perfectly for a photo session?! i recently received a phone call from a friend. she was talking to someone at church whose family was in from out of town - but only for a couple days - wondering if i could squeeze in a family photo session. out of the two days they were available, i was only free one of the days. unfortunately, the weather report called for heavy rain, all day. we planned to meet at a location where we could at least find some shelter. it poured the morning of our session, but miraculously, the rain stopped and the sun came out right before we met!i am so grateful to have met this beautiful family! they were loads of fun, easy-going and up for whatever i suggested, even down to puddle-jumping and splashing. it was also fun just capturing them playing and enjoying being with one another. and those cousins with their beautiful red hair ... i couldn't get enough!thank you Bower family for a lovely morning. i hope to meet up with you all again sometime! here are a few of my favorites!
